Solution for non-receipt of Electronic data for COD articles

Problem

Various Circles had reported problems regarding non-availability of electronic data at delivery post offices with respect to Business parcel COD articles. Now the issue has been resolved by CEPT by issuing two scripts, “eCounter_UpgradationScript.exl” and “Postman_UpgradationScript.exl”.

This patch should be run at all such offices where the problem of non-availability of electronic data with respect to Business parcel COD articles has been encountered.  Once the Post Offices concerned run the script, the same would rectify the mistakes done during the process of upgradation of Postman and eCounter databases.
